Anyone heading to SA for the Lions?

Post by sheepshagger »

Everythings dropped in price (the match ticket packages etc) so its not to late if your still thinking about it!!!

After nearly 2 years of planning, head out 20/6 to take in the last 2 tests and the Emerging Boks game - can't focken wait 8)

Anyone else?

You won't be on your own. There should be at least 30,000/40,000 down for it. I'm off on my own and then a mate is heading down later on.

Yeah, I know. But it's that we've always wanted to do a tour together and I just didn't fancy it without him.

We've both declared we'll quit our jobs in 2013 if we have to

Fair enough. From what I've been told by other fans and what I've read. South Africa is the Lions tour you want to go on. The Aussies and the Kiwis don't take it as serious as the Boks. It's huge in SA.

Anyway If you change your mind I've a spare ticket for the 1st 2 games :)

Going over for the 1st 2 Tests. Couldn't get time off work for the 3rd one, and going to find it seriously hard to get on the plane to leave if it's 1-1 after the 1st 2

But the first match is on Saturday. Why wouldn't they be over?

Heading down for the Western Province game in Cape Town and 1st Test in Durban then to Sun City for a bit of R&R and back in time for Muriel & Master Cahill's wedding.

Doing all 3 tests, wish I could do the Emerging Boks game in Cape Town but you can't have it all...as Kiwi Boy says, I can't bleedin' wait, leave on the 17th.

Hi
I am getting married in Joburg on the 27th of June, I cant believe I managed to organise my wedding in the middle of the Lions tour, I am so happy. I want to go to the third test on the 4th of July. Does anybody know where you can get cheap tickets? I am not mad on spending £400 on two tickets. As an aside how good was Edinburgh, so amazing.

A girl that would let you do that is rare. Definitely worth marrying. Bit late for tickets but should still be do-able.
