No. Because New Zealand are more than 10 ranking points ahead of them it doesn't matter how much they lose by they cannot lose any ranking points. Same will apply to us when we play them in November.
What can affect us though is losing to Australia. Now that England have beaten them twice they are much closer to us in points so we will be penalised if we lose to them.

would not fancy a New Zealand Ireland France Samoa WGAF group
A top four seed would sort that potential problem out.
SA are the most vulnerable current top four team.
We could start to work on that little problem next Saturday.
Argentina being the potential fly in the ointment .
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

If we make top 4 then 5-8 is Boks Argentina Wales Scotland
now one of those would be amazing

Awesome, the sport of rugby is growing and becoming more competitive.
Georgia on the verge of passing Fiji and entering top 10 and pressing for access to 6 Nations in some form. This development was predicted by Ml Bradley, on the basis of his experience of IRB-sponsored 3 yr Coaching term in the country.
Unbeaten on tour of Samoa, Tonga and Fiji may not sound like anything ectraordinary, but not many in the Top Tier would fancy that programme in successive weeks.

Not really dark forces. It is the Top 14 and the PRL who would block it.
An extra team extends it to the 7 nations which would mean more games and longer international windows. They would never put up with losing players for the extra time. It might be possible to have a promotion/relegation match between last place in 6n and best of rest each year.

Relegation in the 6n would be a no no. But maybe Italy needs to be dropped down into a pool of four nations who playoff for a spot in the 6n every year. Play it in the Nov window, after them playing a single SH test. Italy wouldn't like it but they've had more than a fair rattle at getting a foothold in the 6n. Other 6n teams in the past have had dismal runs, but Italy don't look like breaking through because the whole domestic game is a mess.
Georgia would bring far less in tv revenue than Italy and Tblisi v Rome as a destination is a no brainer
French clubs would lean HARD on their Georgian players not to play
To me Georgias best chance is if Romania are included too so Tier 1 sides get an extra home gate every year and then theres possibly only one rest weekend

So if lose the next test to NZ but beat Aus, we should go to third, so long as England beat Oz and RSA, which I think most of us expect to happen.

Think we'd go 4th but same effect; decent 6n and we're top seeds for the draw in may
Extra reason to want Wales to beat Boks is we dont Wales slipping to 9th as then we are guaranteed to get them as 3rd seeds
And chapeau to Xan as always

I'd say that is between France and Scotland. We really don't want France. They could pull it together just in time for WC. We could have them AND Wales if we are top seeds.
