I dont think he has been starting games for Marys has he? Then again neither has Tom O'Toole for Banbridge.
No neither are regular starters... Joe Byrne the only u20 starting regularly at Tighthead at the moment.

France to host next year's tournament. They're in our group so that'll make it harder to get out.

I saw a small but of Dalton playing for Ulster. He looks physical and cleared out some rucks nicely.

Do you know of anyone from Connacht who's on the radar this year, other than Gaffney and Masterson? Corey Reid maybe?

Ronan Kelleher, Hooker. hasn't had a lot of game time for Lansdowne but started and scored yesterday
Tom O'Toole, not getting much game time for Banbridge but very talented.
Matthew Dalton, 2nd row. Has played a few games off the bench for Ulster.
Caelan Doris, possible captain. Going well for Marys. He has been 24th man for Leinster a few times.
Sean Masterson from Connacht. There are lots of flanker options but Masterson is the only one who played last year I think.
Johnny Stewart at SH.. Also Hugh O'Sullivan & Paddy Patterson. Very competitive.
Conor Dean....did well last year for the u20s
Michael Silvester, FB. scoring regularly for Trinity in Div 1A
Tommy O'Brien...wing. Scored again yday for UCD.

There are lots of others going well in the AIL and in the academies but I don't see any others that are stand out players.
I wonder what are the centre options. Tommy O'Brien played 12 in school and could slot back in there. I am not aware of any other u20 centres playing at a high level at present.

David McCarthy who played Ireland u20 last season, is playing centre for Garryowen.
Sean O'Brien has played some centre for Clontarf.
Angus Kernohan is playing centre for Ballymena.
Evan O'Gorman has played some centre for Young Munster.

James Hume has missed this season to date with injury.

Tommy O'Brien at centre could easily happen as more depth on wing.

Apparently POC has joined the Ireland u20s coaching team as an assistant coach.

I'm at a loose end on the morrow. Fancy turning up for this. Pay at the gate I assume. €10.00?

Correct. They didn't line out as planned. Silvester & Aaron Hall didn't play. Max Kearney played the full game at 7.
Charlie Ryan came off the bench for the Leinster team. First action since the SC final. Doris tweaked a hamstring but shouldn't be too serious. Tommy O'Brien stood out for the Ireland team.
