Fiji were quite good, so were we considering so few caps and 13 changes from last week.
We were successfully targeted at ruck time, which may explain some of the backs troubles.
All in all - a decent run for some young players, more blooded and nothing too bad on the way to a home win.

Single guard hit often by two lads arriving full tilt will always result in deck chairage.the spoofer wrote:I thought Farrell was poor but the most worrying thing for me in the game was seeing Dillane and Jordi Murphy get folded like deck chairs when guarding ruck ball.
What was more worrying to me was the weak clearouts. It looked at times like they expected that once they got the Fijian slightly uncomfortable they’d just lie down. But Fiji kept scrapping to get hands on the ball while we hugged their legs or tickled their bellies.
Whole front five was lacking in this (dev was ok, Porter gets a pass on first cap where he held up the scrum)

That's bad news for Leinster more than Ireland.Lar wrote:Aside of course from Joey breaking his arm(wrist?)olaf the fat wrote:Fiji were quite good, so were we considering so few caps and 13 changes from last week.
