How many of them would feature in any of the home nations teams? Might get onto the Scottish bench.
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014
England A 8 - 14 Ireland A, 25th Jan 2014
Ruddock(c) 19/2 Tackles

It's quite funny, Jones dropping Brown after 24 outstanding displays for England. Seems odd they haven't changed the back row bit maybe he's right for this game. Bulk might be a better bet than speed against lots of French bodies.

Penalty try and the yellow is good news for us though

Could be wrong but I think those results put Ireland up to 2nd in the rankings ahead of England.
Would obviously be flipped back were we to lose next week though

If that's true, would it be the first time?

Given how effective 3 flankers is against 3 locks there's a very good case to start Murphy next weekend ahead of stander. Stander has been "quietly" effective this 6N but doesn't offer the same breakdown presence as Murpgy

It is definitely true and no it’s not the first time. On 8th August 2015 Argentina beat South Africa in Durban to move us up to 2nd but then on 29th we lost to Wales in a RWC warm up game to drop back to 3rd.

England were poor last night but great to see France staying in a game like that, and it's particularly impressive given the guys who were missing because of the Edinburgh incident.

I must be a really bad person because I enjoyed liam Williams' walk of shame just so much. Gatland had him come out and sit there to tell him he was no longer required.

That was such a cheap shot, couldn't understand the BBC commentators thinking it was fine initially. Such a scumbag.

Hitting people behind the line late is how we remember his early career. Thought he'd left that scumbaggery behind to the benefit of his game. Glad Gatland punished him for it.

Early days for him but I've been very disappointed with Evans thus far in his international career. Love watching him for the Scarlets but looks a bit off the pace at times for Wales.

He did some good things today but I really feel for Parisse. It feels like he shouldn't really be playing international rugby anymore, and playing 80 minutes last week for Stade gave him no chance of doing himself justice today.

How hard can it be to paint a logo on a pitch which won't end up covering the players in dye or ink? The roof was closed in Cardiff yesterday so rain can't have been a factor.
