The only reason there was alleged contact was Wilson was on his back being held there by the throat (literally).
His hand lashes out to try and get Hughes off him (not unreasonably so). Although initially it looks very dodgy all he really does is flap at him.

It is by the letter of the law a citing (think Ashton got done for similar) but yeah there's nothing in it.

I've no issue with the citing in that technically I can see why there was one.paddyor wrote:The w&%kers cramp came in handykermischocolate wrote:uncharacteristically common sense prevails.paddyor wrote:Wilsons citing dismissed.

I'm flabbergasted common sense has prevailed though.

Eddie Jones got ruffed up a bit on a train by some Scottish Rugby fans after the game apparently.

While that's really bad behaviour he then used it as an opportunity to have a pop at opposition managers using inflammatory language. He constantly abuses his privileged access to the media against other people and then has the nerve to wonder how the discourse gets polluted.
He is a pox on the game.

Clip is all over twitter, some scaldy neds with cans approached him as he was leaving station and insisted on photos before abuse escalated, doubt theyve been to Murrayfield in their livesblockhead wrote:Eddie Jones got ruffed up a bit on a train by some Scottish Rugby fans after the game apparently.

Interestingly the train was from Manchester to London. I know he'd been posting for selfies etc but who filmed it? Awfully coincidental he makes it public as a perfectly filmed video happens to pop up on social media at the same time.simonokeeffe wrote:Clip is all over twitter, some scaldy neds with cans approached him as he was leaving station and insisted on photos before abuse escalated, doubt theyve been to Murrayfield in their livesblockhead wrote:Eddie Jones got ruffed up a bit on a train by some Scottish Rugby fans after the game apparently.
Don't get me wrong, there's no place for what happened but tbh EJ kinda brings it on himself. (and I agree that lot have probably never been to Murrayfield in their lives)

He reminds me of Andrew Trimble whom JS has had a lot of time for.BD is big aggressive, good in the air and is quick.
Think this is the second time BD has been called up.

And probably a good deal quicker than Trimble. Hopefully he stays injury free; he was on a great run before getting injured v GlasgowOldschool wrote:Could easy see Barry Daly getting capped against the Aussies during the summer.Leinsterlunatic wrote:Tadgh expected to train this week.

Oddly think the build up to the game has been subdued by the snow which keeps the team off the front pages and slightly under the radar in terms of hype, no bad thing for this game
