O2 are reportedly about to sign a deal to sponsor the Irish National team for €2m a year, twice the previous deal with TSB. Accroding to Setanta. More good news for the game.

Yeah .. Was in the Sunday Times on the Sunday we beat Bath (Jan 22nd). I'm happy and gutted in a way lads. Here's my points ...

- A sponsor who has partners in many Euro countries so the money is there if Ireland do well and they want to continue the sponsorship.
