If they need an Irish back row, it could be Ryan out, Ryan in.

Don't think it's that likely though.

Maybe it is unlikely, but Dom Ryan would be exactly what Munster need in the backrow. He could play 6 when O'Mahony is injured or with Ireland and O'Callaghan is injured or needed in the second row. And there's not much depth behind Oliver and O'Donnell at openside, so maybe he could fill in there a bit as well. Might sound as if that would put him quite far down the pecking order, but Deysel got a fair amount of gametime playing a similar role

You might be right but I'd suspect he might go over to the England. I don't think he'd fancy Munster in those circumstances.

If I was Ryan I'd want to go to a club where I was getting as much gametime as possible. Somewhere like a Worchester or Pau which would pay a bundle and you'd get a good amount of gametime.

Also last years thread seems to have been revived too
When he spreads his legs like that youd need dynamite or the Highland Light Infantry to shift him.
