Addidas would be a great way for Ireland to go, I think the new Italy kit (home and away) is a great jersey and the French one aint too shabby. (Unfortunately no link, archaic computer I am workign off wont work properly!!)
Re: Other Teams: New Kits
Neither of them are that nice to be honest. Both should have white shorts too.flustered wrote:Addidas would be a great way for Ireland to go, I think the new Italy kit (home and away) is a great jersey and the French one aint too shabby. Whatever about the general chavball looks of some of it's stuff the puma gear also isn't great quality in comparison to addidas and canterbury so it'd be great to see a move happen but do I remember reading somewhere that we're tied in for 10 years?flustered wrote:Addidas would be a great way for Ireland to go, I think the new Italy kit (home and away) is a great jersey and the French one aint too shabby. Why do Canterbury have to plaster some stupid design in four different places on every jersey they design?

Re: Other Teams: New Kits
Scarlets have a european jersey.
I can never understand why teams would change their core colour for the european jersey (similar to ASM). it's almost like giving up home advantage
at least leinster have kept theirs another shade of blue

Collars are back by the looks of it, even on the test version according to Lovell. Thought they'd have produced a red version of the All Blacks current strip, with added Adidas stripes of course.

Re: Other Teams: New Kits
Other than the sponsor, that jersey has barely changed in 20 years (since pro rugby) and prior to pro rugby probably hadn't changed in 100 odd years!nc6000 wrote:

New Lions jersey on sale in Dundrum already, well in Lifestyle. Collar looks a bit unnatural if that makes any sense, it's sort of stuck on to the 2005 jersey and looks detachable rather than just being an ordinary collar. Plus it's got a weird striped thing going on. That's my two cents.

What in the name of Jaysus as both teams wearing in the Quins/ London Irish game?

London Irish appear to have shamelessly knicked the Cambridge University strip this season.Donny B. wrote:What in the name of Jaysus as both teams wearing in the Quins/ London Irish game?

I actually like the LI jersey
Much better that just a plain white away jersey, and when have quins ever had a normal jersey

Must be a rake of new kit coming out very soon for Leinster and Ireland, seems to be huge sales in the online stores for kit.

Re: Other Teams: New Kits
Would expect a new Home and Away kit for Leinster.
Ireland's Puma deal has ended early and while the union has said they have stock for the team up until the deal should have ended, I would not be surprised if they decided to cash in and sign up with a new supplier. Double payment for the couple of years that puma have bailed on (they've paid up in full like)
