Its entry level kicking offence so its 4 weeks with deductions unless you read conor George in which case the ban will rule him out of Lions contention

It was barely worth the cost of holding the hearing, let alone acting as a detterent, etc.

About right. Cox was acting the b*%&!cks and deserved a slap, probably would have got nothing for that, but the kick was dumb.

I just can't wait to read the report though..

Striking an opponent: minimum four weeks

A week off for his excellent disciplinary record - never been sent off you know (well either have the majority of Irish rugby players, hell even that angel Quinny never got a red but we'll let that go)

A further week off because he brought a fresh batch of his mammy's scones with him for the committee to enjoy and they were rather marvellous....

Another week off because he gave us the winner to the 3.15 at Kempton....

So one week off for the naughty boy from Cork....

A week is probably fair. He mightn't have gotten a red card (just yellow) if it had been seen.

He's missing a crucial Heineken Cup game, one that Munster's season depends on. It could be the biggest club game left in his career.

Thats a kick in the nads tbh. He'll miss next week but he'll be back for the 6 nations. So a munster backline lead by keatley (who doesn't have to play so deep he's nearly 6 ft under) knocks us out of the HEC and then O'Gara comes back to f*ck the 6 nations for us............
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014

Jesus the actual report is far funnier

"It was accepted he was trying to trip not kick the player"

One, he put a fair bit of power into that "trip", two, tripping is a serious offence in rugby too.....
