Play-acting should result in citing

Many here dislike soccer because of the faking of injuries/fouls that have resulted in game changing penalties/sendings-off. Rugby is at the same crossroads with diving, faking and play acting to try to gain advantage. I believe rugby has an equivalent law for unsportsmanlike conduct, and I would like it enforced with penalties before the game is completely ruined. The citing system should also be used here.
