With talk of players cheating the tests for concussion and playing when injured, this has got to cause some concern I would have thought

Has been for a while. Many high-profile players speaking out about this for a few years now. Dr. O'Driscoll resigning from IRB should have sent alarm signals out left, right and centre. Instead, they reduced the criteria. The treatment of concussion is rotten, and dangerous all the way up to the IRB.
