Still no sign of dates for Quins and Wasps away, can't make either of the games if they are on Fri night so have rolled the dice and booked two red eyes to Stanstead on the saturdays, 20 euro each worth the gamble .

Anyone seen the tacky London 2015 graphic? The "O" in London is the big wheel and the "1" in 2015 is a bottle. Embarrassing effort.

PRL upped the salary cap by 100k and have allowed each team to ignore the salary cap for 2 marquee signings per team. No mention of after dinner speech fees.

Re: New Euro competition
While I'm at it, think it from the English Indo but in a premiership season preview they spoke to all the team captains to get their input as to what they want for the season. Most of which said, make the fans happy, score a super try, less scrums/more scrums, but the sarries man had a different agenda: remove the salary cap.

It is understood however, that no sponsorship deals have yet been ratified, despite the tournament starting when Harlequins host Castres at The Stoop on October 17.
Competition planning is now at least two months behind regular schedule.
Well, well, well. Mark McCalamity. The new body has had to outsource the running of the Champions Cup back to Dublin-based ERC this season however.
EPCR bosses were left red-faced after failing to compose a new body of staff in their new Neuchatel base in time to assume total tournament governance for the 2014/15 campaign.

The English have got so arrogant recently that they have used the symbol for The Victoria Cross on their shirt, I wonder how this list of soldiers would react to the highest military honour being associated with the English rugby team ?

I'd be a bit careful about how you refer to "the English" there, tarring everyone with the same brush, as there are a not insignificant number of English fans who are disgusted by it, hence the need for the RFU to back peddle rapidly and issue an apology on the day it was released. Goodness knows what clown thought it was a good idea.rooster wrote: The English have got so arrogant recently that they have used the symbol for The Victoria Cross on their shirt, I wonder how this list of soldiers would react to the highest military honour being associated with the English rugby team ?

Well if the PRO12 sides all get knocked out during the pool stages then the PRL w&%kers who stirred the hornets nest will say they were correct all along and we only ever did well in it because we rested players for the HECribs wrote:So why exactly do we care how leinster do in this competition?

Tigers drowned in Bath....45-0.
That's the 3rd nilling in three weeks in the "worlds most competitive league with has no easy games". 2 of them look like aberrations(Quins last week and Tigers this week) but all the same.
Quins bounced back this weekend with a close(on scoreboard) win over our other pool rivals Wasps. Anyone any idea how this went? Going on results so far this season our pool is on paper the easiest pool
