Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
4 months, though Munster have been hinting unsubtly they'd like to keep him longer

That’s good cover tbh. Officially a medical joker, but he’ll be here until the EOS.kermischocolate wrote:A couple of responses down from that tweet Alby Mathewson says he might return. How long is he with munster for?

Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
It was a disgrace. Problem is it probably looked OK on paper. But seemingly Glasgow offered to bring their home strips and were told they didn't need to.domhnallj wrote:Bit of an argument going on about kit colour

But at the end of the day Cardiff could have changed. They chose not to.
Seemingly the same happened at the Bordeaux game at the weekend ko was delayed 15mins to get a change of shirts. Problem solved.

Second time it has happened with Glasgow and Cardiff, usually the home team changes though.kermischocolate wrote:It was a disgrace. Problem is it probably looked OK on paper. Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
Couldn't believe that when I saw it.
Also think that the coverage has been really poor over the last couple of weekends. A lack of replays, live play missed because of cutting to something else, commentators talking over refs, no good camera angle of Kaino's hit (among others), and even the camera angle in the Ulster game on Saturday was weird, it looked like the pitch was on a huge slope on the right side for a lot of the game.

Yes and it's only after I read Franno's latest piece that I realized the Challenge Cup isn't being shown here at all.LeRouxIsPHat wrote:Couldn't believe that when I saw it.

Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
So, three wins out of three thus far. Let's hope the fourth can be completed tomorrow.
There's little doubt that all our opponents now consider the Irish teams as the biggest targets. A nice compliment but also an indication of what the National Team will face in every game in 2019. Leinster have learned to cope with the expectation as Munster, in their time, did. Expectation is a big monkey to have on your back and you need to get him down beside you helping, rather than sitting like a burden.

Lyon 22-42 Glasgow
Warriors are playing really well the the moment and they have Lyon and Cardiff at home next. Probably will be on 20pts going into the last game away to Saracens. QF likely.

Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
How long is it since all four Irish Provinces win their European games?
Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
Not counting chickens.
Already looking like Racing and Saracens are going to be first and second seeds for the playoffs.
All going well we'll make third seeds.
An away SF to either of the above will be tough.

Zebo could be covering for the Racing 92 front-row by the time they reach the Q/F. Any Bookie offering odds on what is the waist size of his knicks now?

Leicester's game plan seems to consist of throwing the ball wide for May or Tuilagi to run with it and then hope for the best.

Re: European Champions Cup [Most Improved]
Only five teams with more points than us after 3 games. Of those five, only Toulouse have two home and one away game left, like us. Happy where we stand.
