Just gave a yellow instead of a red there as well. During the half time rant he was called a sh!t House ref  think it was by Mr Niceguy Ugo Monye. Having listened to that half time bit it is hilarious listening to them trying to restrain themselves during the commentary.

Trevino lose it with the last kick of the game
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014
England A 8 - 14 Ireland A, 25th Jan 2014
Ruddock(c) 19/2 Tackles

Vito's one handed catch, reaching behind, at speed. A must see.

Dave Rennie, hinted they may be forced to concentrate on the Pro14 after a second European loss. Rennie said: “We’re clearly not where we want to be and it’s a tough pool as it is, so we will reassess things based on that and where our injuries are at and whether we end up prioritising Pro14 ahead of this comp, we’ll decide that in December.”
5 pts for Monty at home anyways.

The Guardian bemoaning the change from the Heineken to Chumps Cup and excluding the weaker teams. I'd be inclined to say you couldn't write it but here we are.

realistically 5 English teams can still go through to the quarters

more realistically it may well only be Saracens and probably also Exter

Nobody can say they weren't warned but Mick Dawson & Garret Fitzgerald persuaded the IRFU it would all work out in the end. Not likely now.

Brave new Europe sees ferocity on the field but ruthlessness away from it is putting game in danger, and not just for the Welsh, Scottish or Italians

That sub heading is doing a little more than implying that it would have been ok if it was just for the Welsh, Scots and Italians

There’s a winless English or French club in 4 out of 5 groups. Saracens and Toulon were nearly beaten

The Champions Cup was always going to be toughest on the Welsh, Scots and Italians but they've worked hard and usually improved over the last few years. Scots and Welsh used a temporary bump in BT sponsorship and invested.

Most English and French clubs used their money to move further away from a sustainable club game and towards a position to attack international rugby; as they were always going to do and started doing almost immediately.

captaincy becomes a big interesting call

Itoje probably prime candidate but if Jones is smart he'll rotate it/pick captain week to week
