Qtr finals

Post by crumlinbob »

Of the four games this weekend who do we fancy getting the away win.
Leinster v Bath
Clermont v Northampton
Racing v Saracens
Toulon v Wasps

It would be the mother of all upsets if Clermont or Toulon lost at home. Racing could possibly revert to type and loose to Sarries but is Bath not the best bet for an away win? It would be bnice to have no Premiership teams in the semi-final of their competition.

Sarries would be the most likely I'd say, but you'd have to fancy all the home sides surely?

If Leinster and Wasps win, we will be off to Brighton!!! (It's a bigger hole than Coventry/High Wycombe).

Northampton could be more competitive in Montferrand than we think.

I've been to Brighton and it's quite nice!

Coventry I've only heard bad reports about.

Bit shocked on that one too. Have a cousin in Brighton who loves it.

Especially with Parra and Lopez missing.

The only redeeming feature of Brighton is the Volks Electric Railway. There is no character to the place otherwise. Full of Chavs.

That was a fair hammering that Clermont put on Northampton.

My da texted that TG4 has highlights on tonight. I replied hope they shove on the whole first half of that match.

Depends on how competitive you expected them to be I guess but they were made to look clueless.
