A must win against Cardiff and preferably with a bp.
Not going to be too easy either, Cardiff showed a bit of fight last week.

Another great result last night for the lads from the west. Smart scheduling to get three home games through the RWC and put temselves near the top of the log.

Lam seems to have them humming again and if they can keep their Squad together, they will stay at the business end of the Table for months until the fixture reversals kick in.

Lucky probably more the word

But Muldowney fully fit will make a big difference as will Heenan

still crying out for some decent wingers though

I dont like it tbh, hes NIE and theyve two young irish outhalves, wouldnt mind if they signed a world beater overseas 10

Also once the commentators started to reveal he likes to be called Aj not A.J I went right off him, am sure hes devastated

Would much prefer he went to Premiership

I thought that too initially but I'd like to know how he got it first. It might not be him being pretentious, could have been an elderly teacher who said it by accident in class one day and it stuck or something.

A similar thing happened in my school when someone fed Fred Cogley some made up nicknames for the cup coverage on Setanta

Connacht beat Ospreys away today.
They were the better team over the 80.
But Ospreys were putting the pressure on in the last ten minutes but Connacht kept their heads.
In previous seasons this is one they would have lost in the same circumstances.

Great to see Bundee Aki progressing as with Ben T'eo in our Squad. These guys and also the Kiwi in Ulster are looking like good quality NIQ options. It's also worth noting they are each progressing through coaching in their provinces, i.e. they didn't arrive as the complete article.

Also good to see Healy on the score sheet again. He's a real try-scoring ma hine who may push through to an Irish Squad if Connacht can keep winning.

Facing Edinburgh and Munster within the next three weeks will be a real assessment of where Connacht really are. Interesting times!

Think Aki is Ireland qualified next season.
Also looks like Henshaw will stay at 12 too.

Aki qualifies 2017

Very interesting to see where Henshaw stays positionally

Dont think Healy has the physicality or defence to get near Ireland though
