The westies win again 14-9 v Edinburg.
Must be their best ever start to a P12 season. 5 wins out of six. Only defeat was 33-32 away to Glasgow. Treviso at home next.

Connacht keep the waggons rolling with victory over Embra. Great stuff. These are the games they would have lost in previous years. We can now go 4th with victory tomorrow.

Hah. Took too long to post that. Serve me right for having a life.

Connacht can go top with a win over treviso if we return the favour by beating Scarlets next Friday

Connacht have real opportunity now facing Treviso at home on a 5 day turnaround after playing us. When you're on a roll like Connacht are at present, it's amazing how the fixture list ends up looking like you've planned it to fall that way.

Both Scarlets and Connacht have had dream starts. Let's hope we can soften Scarlets cough, at least, next weekend.

Surprised to see that less than 4,000 turned up to watch Connacht last night. You'd expect that the numbers would flock to support the run of success they've had. They'll need support to keep this run going.

The World Cup final was on just before it in fairness.

Is there a list anywhere of Connacht's professional contracted players for this season?

Have you tried their website? I know it's a horrendous eyesore and a (Not very good) style over substance..... blah blah etc.

Ah fair enough. It would probably make you lose the will to live finding the info there.

That's avery strong selection. I suspect that the A game game against Leinster is a rehearsal for Siberian travel.

Very pleased to see John Cooney start when he's just returning.

Top of the League!
Has this happened before?
No doubt, Lam is making serious progress with Connacht, fair play to him.
And good to see the Leinster lads scoring 28 of their 33 pts.
GWAN diaspora!

Unless Munster get 4 tries and win by a massive scoreline then Connacht will stay on top this weekend.
