Before dumping Fitz, you'd need to get rid of Wilkinson, McDowell and Philips first.

Haven't seen McDowell in a few years on the pitch, he normally just does TMO now

He isn't great at that either. He seldom if ever takes the lead, usually waits for the ref to intervene and voices an opinion before he says anything and then it's usually in agreement.
