As bad as Munster were, brilliant performance by the Scarlets. I know they've been in great form but I have to say I thought that they played their final last week. They backed it up superbly though. Great to watch as well.

This is now a record score.
Don't buy that. Why would neutrals leave a match early? They are there for a rugby match.

Any way they were wearing Munster jerseys.

Well deserved. Not many teams would have a player like dth and sat him on his arse for most of the game. The body language and comradery of both teams was telling from the off.

Stander looks wrecked, has been ineffective over the last few weeks. Big ask to go to NZ this summer.

Has done ever since he went over his ankle against Toulouse.

He wasn't the only one who looked heavy legged though, really poor across the board.

Shingler, Davies and Beirne completely outplayed POM, Murray and Ryan.

Not a big fan of John Davies usually but he looks nailed on for Lions 13.

Tough on Munster but I am glad Scarlets won. It's good for the league having the likes of Scarlets, Connacht etc win on occasion. If it was just us, Munster and Ospreys sharing the title which looked like it might be for a few seasons it would get boring.

I think Johnathan Davies passed the ball instead of butchering overlaps too, when that happens you know the gods have turned on you

Saili comes from the Adam Bryne school of defending

Knew Scannell's chesty tackle style was going to undo him at some point

Scarlets had a great mix of a few form guys who were being ignored at higher level and were hungry and a few internationals who didn't switch off like Welsh internationals normally do.

They really wanted that. It'll be hard to know whether they drop to mid table like Connacht did or push on.

Munster didn't expect to have those problems because they'd have stuck ball up jumper

Quote from Cummiskey’s live update for the Irish Times on Saturday – about 5 minutes from full time :- “lots of discussions amongst the Munster fans but at least we’re not seeing the type of mass exodus that we saw in the RDS last Friday night.

I don't blame anyone for leaving that match. Personally I stick to the bitter end, but who are we to tell other people how to get value out of an event? Why is it more "moral" or something to stick around.

The exodus started early (round about 20 minutes to go from what I saw) so they would have missed a few good tries. Delighted for Conway.

Don't care if anyone leaves early or not - do care if the paper of record lies about it

I suppose you would miss all those people leaving when you have your head in your hands. I had a great CV workout from 60 minutes onwards, with the amount of Munster 'fans' around me bailing out.

Cummiskey's lying is so irritating, there were visibly dozens and dozens of Munster supporters leaving 10-15 minutes early. Staggering.
