Yup, the video was “different”. A lot to be said for just announcing the signing!
So that's it, the end of a very exciting Pro14 regular season.
Knockout stage begins.
Munster v Benetton (May 4th)for the right to play us in the RDS a week after the Heino final.
Ulster v Connacht also May 4th for the right to play Glasgow in Scotscun.
Ospreys play at home v Scarlets for the Pro14s 7th spot in next seasons Heino.
(Anscombe missed an easy enough pen that would have put Cardiff ahead with 10mins to go and with the Ospreys(the team he just signed for) down to 10 men)
Well done Benetton.
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!
So change Scarlets and the Os and the conferences are the same then.....
Ruddock's tackle stats consistently too low for me to be taken seriously as a Six Nations blindside..... Ruddock's defensive stats don't stack up. - All Blacks Nil, Jan 15th, 2014
England A 8 - 14 Ireland A, 25th Jan 2014 Ruddock(c) 19/2 Tackles
So predictions for the Q/Fs.
Ulster v Connacht - Has the makings of being a great game.
Ulster by no more than 10.
Munster v Bennetton - Has the makings of being a tense, tough struggle up front.
Too close to call but if the faithful turn up then home advantage might make the difference.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.
In the Glasgow game there was a carbon copy of the incident which Lowe was red carded for in Thomond. Two players running to catch a high ball, both have eyes on the ball, one jumps and one stays on the ground and the inevitable happens. Result: penalty only. Commentary says "good refereeing".

Only one was actually in a position to catch the ball. And it wasn't the player on the ground.
Some very interesting refereeing decisions last night.
Due to injuries and other reason's there will be only 16 Leinster guys playing tomorrow among the 4 teams in the QFs.
Carberry, Loughman, Adeolokun, Kelleher, McKinley, Moore and a good few more will not be in action.
You know I'm going to lose,

Places 3 to about 9 in the prem are a lottery. Sale were 6th last time I looked and La Rochelle were 6th in top 14 also. Clermont safe in 2nd which is why i didn't mention them. All the chumps cup semi finalists are safe too.

Indeed the Prem is predictably unpredictable, all bets off there. La Rochelle 5 points clear in 6th with 3 games left, 2 wins should do it.

Leinster usually don't feature due to squad rotation I guess
