Very interesting choice by him and by Exeter. Its not a position where they have ever posed a threat as Phil Dollman has been a sound defensive full-back rather than an attacker. It could make the Chiefs an even stronger outfit in the future.

Funny the stuff players make up to justify their move. Can't imagine the risk of needing a work visa if he went to France next year would have affected his decision or worth.

He doesn't live in Hawick anymore but I'm surprised he's "only" getting £500k. You'd think he would have been offered lots more from France. Interesting that he's chosen Exeter.
