Connacht sign Samoan Flanker

Connacht have announced the signing of Samoan born flanker Ray Ofisa from Otago. The 26 year old has spent the last three seasons playing NPC and will be a key addition to the Connacht back row next season.
I am so clever that sometimes I don't understand a single word of what I am saying.
