Unfortunately the wrong nerve, it's the people organising the automation of the passport system in Dublin airport whose nerve needs to be touched.
Anyway it being the weekend that's in it, hopefully you'll all enjoy the occasion, be you here in Bilbao or elsewhere.
Ola!
C'mon Leinster.
I used the automatic machines in March and never even noticed it was in Irish, and my Irish is not very extensive at all, in fact I couldn't string a sentence together now.
So did you also study it for 14 years then?

Though I do remember that a few years ago I had to use certain bank machines in Irish as the English script on them was so arseholey...

Is there a better or more appropriate word to use than the word then, when introducing the second element in a comparison?

Earworms!
Watching BBC4 last night, Top of the Pops 1977.

Long ago,
High on a hill top in Mexico,
Live a young sheppard boy Angelo,
He knew a girl and he loved her so,

Aaarrrgghhhh!
You know I'm going to lose,
And gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby, I don't want to live FOREVER!

If you buy fruit pastilles in the UK they're doing a competition for now TV passes. I won a sports day pass which will do me nicely for next Saturday

I halved my sky bill in a 15 minute conversation. Cancelled sports and got half price multiscreen and hd for a year.

They also have an offer to go to sky q ultra hd multiscreen for a once off 110 and no change in monthly payments.

Just to add eir in September for the new season.

Does anyone know how long eir's deal with bt lasts for?

Ok. Firstly I just noticed I put this in the rant thread and not the rave.
Secondly I have noticed that the eir and bt deal finishes next year.

Who knows what could happen then. Virgin may wade in to get bt? It must be hitting their sales not to have it.

So you could subscribe to eir and loose bt during your contract. Perhaps

You just know they are going to screw you is what will happen.

I'm going to pick up Premiersport at £10/month for the new season. I am waiting to see how deals with BT pan out - they are the most expensive BB providers as far as I can see, but once you have them BT Sports is a fiver rather than twenty-five a month. Any local advice gratefully received!

Not a rant but didnt want to start a new thread.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the letter to arrive once you're caught speeding? I have a feeling I was caught over the weekend and am afraid to check the post this week.

About 5/7 working days if I recall correctly.
