NOTICE OF 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGNotice is hereby given to all members of the Official Leinster Supporters Club (OLSC)Agenda
that the 2009 annual general meeting (AGM) of the OLSC will be held on
Saturday 25th July 2009 at 3:00pm
at Old Belvedere Rugby Football Club, Angelsea Road, Dublin 4.
The following business will be transacted at the AGM:
1. Approval of minutes of last AGM held on 30 August 2008
2. Receipt of the President’s annual report
3. Consideration of the accounts of the OLSC for the financial year ended 30 June 2009
4. Election of Committee members for the 2009/2010 season
Record Date
The Record Date for the AGM is 30th June 2009.
All members of the OLSC on the Record Date will be entitled to attend at the AGM and, if they are 18 years of age or over on 30th June 2009, they may vote at the AGM.
Committee Nominations
The closing date for nominations for Committee membership for the 2009/2010 season will be 17th July 2009. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the OLSC, c/o the Leinster Branch, 55 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 by 5:00pm on the 17th July 2009.
Nominees for election to the Committee must have been a full member of the OLSC for at least six months on 17th July 2009. Nominees must be nominated by two people who are full members of the OLSC on 17th July 2009. Nomination forms may be obtained on http://www.leinsterrugby.ie or from the OLSC, c/o the Leinster Branch 55 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 or requested by email from olsc@leinsterrugby.ie.

Additional Agenda Items
OLSC members may propose additional agenda items for consideration at the AGM no later than 5:00pm on Friday, 17th July 2009. Proposals in relation to additional agenda items should be sent to the OLSC c/o the Leinster Branch 55 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 or olsc@leinsterrugby.ie. In the event that additional items are to be included in the agenda, a revised agenda will be published on http://www.leinsterrugby.ie in advance of the AGM.
