Breaking Bad. Stars The Da from Malcom in the middle, (Character totaly different) as a chemistry teacher who cooks up crystal meth. Very dark, but funny moments. Excelent.

Sons of Anarchy. About a hells angel chapter in California. Downloaded both series but have only seen the first episode (Missus didn't like it) Said to be cracking.

Who needs box sets any more now that 4oD is available in Ireland again. Entire series such as Spaced, Black Books and Father Ted at a touch of a button. And as much Time Time as any man could want. Bliss.

And Season 3 is even better! I just watched it (been rationing myself) and it ends brilliantly, I can't wait for season 4.
When I first watched it I started dreaming of smoking.
My wife rumbled me - I bought glasses like Don has in his office for cocktails: Don Draper is my hero.

And again I have to give "big love" a big up too. Fantastic fundamentalist mormon polygyny, Chloe Sevigny,Ginnifer Goodwin, Jeanne Tripplehorn are all great but its the over 70s Harry Dean Stanton, Bruce Dern and Grace Zabriskie that really make it. Mean, mad and insane. Scary old people.

I recommend the following
Band of brothers, Generation Kill, The Shield, Dexter, Deadwood, Peepshow, Entourage, Inbetweeners, Seinfeld, Curbed, The Unit, Heroes, Star Trek of course (not Voyager)

That is it as obviously the Wire, 24, West Wing and Sopranos have been done by all at this stage. And if you loved Band of Brothers as much as I did then you have this to look forward to in 2010 another WWII mini-series from Spielberg and Hanks called The Pacific

Have had to resort to the internet to get season three as those clueless berks at UTV have stopped showin it. Apparently an intelligent show was too much for their normal viewers and their brains went into melt down.

I think season four has been shown in the states alright.

Lads. I checked. Season 4 did end last year. There are shedloads of torrents for it everywhere. I would not post them here obviously! But they are not hidden under rocks down the back of someone's garden.
