Hi guys, I work at the Lep Inn on Brewery Road and just wanted to let you know Isa and Shane will be giving a talk and answering questions this Sunday from 3.30 pm, before, after and during halftime in case anyone's interested in joining!

First time back in the gym yesterday in 3 weeks which for me is a long layoff, benched 120kg for 8 and then overhead pressed a bit over a 100 for reps for the first time in a very long time. Not bad for an auld fella who doesn't even touch creatine.

I'd be big enough, never OH pressed more than 60kg, are you using strict form or a push press?

I use fairly strict form, I assume a false grip for the press, which probably isn't the wisest
