The number of successful passes I threw in my career are in the same range as the number of tries I've scored.

Not many.

Was at the European Gaelic Football Championships in Vienna at the weekend. 31 mens (11 aside) and 20 ladies (7 aside) teams took part.
Great to have these clubs all over Europe (and further afield) where expats can join Irish communities and promote our sporting culture (rather than just the drinking culture). Most teams in the Senior and Inter championships were all Irish, but there was a big mix in the Junior level, with some teams being predominately non-Irish.

Well done G-Mac on a magnificent back nine to win Saudi International Golf by 2 shots outscoring Players like Dustin Johnson, Koepka, Michelson, Pieters and Dubuisson in a strong wind.

Now back into top 50 in the world along with McIlroy and Lowry in a Ryder Cup year. Lowry also finished strongly on the back nine to finish in top 15 with an under par round.

Good to see all three playing well at the same time.

I've foolishly watched the Good Place all along, so that's gone - terrible foresight on my behalf! Cheers for the Expanse recommendation though.

Speaking (obliquely) of Ted Danson, there's a series streaming now on Sky called Bored to Death that's worth watching. It's about a nerdy author (Jason Schwartzmann) who just decides he's a private detective one day. More quirky than flat-out hilarious but well worth watching

Other half was watching Cheltenham and stuck 50 cent each way on It Came To Pass. Only picked it cause Dad was trainer and Daughter was Jockey. It came in at 66/1 but she got it at 125/1.

Won €76.
