Bench 400lbs
Think I've maxed at 360lbs
Squat 650
Maxing out at 570lbs
Get a belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

This year, I want to run in, and finish, a race of any description. preferably the one at the end of October.

Yeah I'm on this one too.

Gave up the cigarettes last year so this year I have to lose the weight I was already carrying + the extra stone I threw on.

What would be a realistic period of time, would you suggest.
Would it work over a number of years, rather than one year.

THis year for my new years resolution i'm going to put a velcro wall in my room. And i'm sticking to it!

I'm also not going to use spray on deodourants anymore. Roll on 2011!!!

Any idea on how you are going to approach this Slipper? I keep saying I want to do it but have never actually got off my ass and done anything about it.
