This year, I want to run in, and finish, a race of any description. preferably the one at the end of October.

Yeah I'm on this one too.

Gave up the cigarettes last year so this year I have to lose the weight I was already carrying + the extra stone I threw on.

What would be a realistic period of time, would you suggest.
Would it work over a number of years, rather than one year.

THis year for my new years resolution i'm going to put a velcro wall in my room. And i'm sticking to it!

I'm also not going to use spray on deodourants anymore. Roll on 2011!!!
