20,000 posts....
For 20,000 posts now, Donny B has been defying the "quality not quantity" phrase and added serious quality to this forum.
Bravo sir! Here's to another 20,000 more!!!
EDIT: Mixed up the phrase there and it sounded like I was taking the p*ss but I really wasn't!

Meath-lite? Westmeath was kicked out of Meath by Henry VIII because the residents in that part of Meath wouldn't pay the king's taxes or obey his laws. The name was given as a reminder that we were once part of well behaved Meath. And Cork think they're the rebel county.suisse wrote:Moate? Holy sh!t man. The town in Meath-lite? (Parts of the what would have been Westmeath were also given to Offaly and Longford. Under Elizabeth I the Westmeath Offaly border was redrawn to enclose Clonmacnoise in Offaly.)

You're making this far too educational, in amongst the childish rantings. Anyway, I meant in terms of GAA, but normally I never care, unless Donny is sad.Broken Wing wrote:Meath-lite?
