MSc Thesis Survey

Hi All,
At the moment in between watching/attending games i am buried in a Masters thesis on management.

As part of this I am researching peoples attitudes to participative management styles.

If you have approximately 3 minutes could you answer a short survey for me?
Its completely anonymous and the data will be used in a non descriptive way in my thesis.

Just a few notes for the sake of clarity -

For anyone who's years experience since graduation does not fit the first question the closest answer will do.
Years since graduation refers to your most recent Academic work, School, Third Level Education etc.
Participative decision making refers to any type of decision making transfer to subordinates.

If there is a question you feel you cannot answer or have no opinion on, then please feel free to tick neutral.
