Ha, next you'll be asking what's a whurley burger...
A whurley burger? That sounds amazing! Do we have them in Dublin?

Yeah, you can get them in several places, though the spelling varies from establishment to establishment.

The calorie count does not though... About 1,000cal a burger I'd say! It's man's equivilant of ice cream really. Perfect food when you're think you're worth it. ;)

Protien heavy chicken stirfry with no fats with a protein shake.... :( If I closed my eyes I could taste the packet made white sauce!
Ah no, get some good fats into ya. (I can't say 'good fats' without sounding like an an American douchebag personal trainer) Anyway, where were we?

Yeah basically, if DK was from the country and subsisted on a diet of boiled cabbage, whurley burgers, an entire carvery, pints of milk, gravy and tay-ho for dessert, he would have built up enough fat reserves around his head for POC's kick to be inconsequential. Its basically DK's fault for not being a bogger, he could have cultivated a Sheahan or Hayes-esque head, with a physique of Foley proportions on a proper country diet and saved himself the bother of being knocked out by a glancing shin.

Despite what the Milk Board would have you believe in their advertising campaign with a well known internationally capped second row forward milk is a bad choice for refreshment during the course of a run.

Worse than a snack box for a light recovery meal?

Compared to a snack box, it's ambrosia.

Anyone who likes them. If you find yourself in Holland try a broodje kroket.

It's a burger bun with a "Meat Croquette" inside it. Mmmmmm. Have to go home and eat after that. (and wipe away the drool)

As long as you season and marinate it properly by burying it in Saxa Salt and Drown it in Chef Malt Vinegar. Obviously.
The sport that unites Catholic, Protestant and dissenter has had its day of days. Pity anybody who can't enjoy it. Some day.
