The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.irishtimes.com/

The following error was encountered:

Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.irishtimes.com

The dnsserver returned:

Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

Logged on to a few customers remotely.

Conor Pope tweeted that they were having issues in that people with UPC internet couldn't access the IT website. Now I don't know how true that is or if a breakdown like that can just affect some suppliers but thats what he said.

Saying that, I can access it & I have UPC internet! would you like me to read out the headlines for you?

Seems to be some routing problems between UPC and Eircom.
