Presents Corner

Post by Oldschool »

Hi, anybody know where I'd get a vacuum wine preserver device. Preferably not electric but don't exclude it.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall who's the greatest player of them all? It is Drico your majesty.

A lot of the better off licences and specialty wine shops stock them.

Terroirs - http://www.terroirs.ie/wine-accessories ... rNTbycionI

I have some but I no longer drink wine which requires it :-(

That said, most wine these days is absolutely fine if you bung the cork back in and leave it around for a few days. Probably improve in fact. Worst that can happen really is that the flavour will drop (and depending on the wine that could actually take quite a while). But yeah, good aged wines they can be a good thing to have around.

I just never have any leftovers, funnily enough...
