Think that was just a one-off in the HC semi-final against Cardiff back in 95.

The story went that Leinster were instructed to wear their "away" strip so as not to clash with Cardiff.

The only problem was they didn't have an "away" strip. So they got onto their kit supplier, which I think was O'Neills at the time.

They simply looked in the store room and found a red set of shirts and stitched the Leinster Crest on them.

It's fair to say Leinster run a slightly slicker operation these days. :D

I remember a charity match in Donnybrook in the early 70's between Dublin and Cork. Dublin played in green.
