I dunno, Italy always been a flakey economy

If they leave the pro12 thats easily absorbed/dealt with

if they leave europe no one notices

leaving 6n would be more of a nuisance

I don't like 'Itexit'... 'Exitaly' is a much more preferable portmanteau.

I'm surprised this has come up now. I've been following this story for months. The Italian Political system has been a disaster for decades.

Didn't Trump get his racist, misogynistic, and hair styling tips from Berlusconi?

It might well be but they are 5th in the G20 for trade surplus, only Germany higher in Europe.
Their banking is mess but end of the day they are better placed than UK to go it alone

It will be interesting to see, if any of the Italian Banks collapse, how the "Bail in" rules will affect the small, mainly household and retail investors in those banks. There nothing more likely to p1$$ off someone when their hard earn savings over €100,000 are sequestrated.

I wasn't aware that they knew each other.
Berlusconi looks like he needs hair implants rather than styling.
