Does the forum need its time reset - posts are showing up as being posted an hour ago?

You do it yourself. Go into control panel and then board preferences then change time zone to GMT +1

no need to change your timezone. There's an option to turn on "Summer time" under the Board Preferences in the User Control Panel.
