he's not banned
He was banned for about an hour, after which time I had calmed down and unbanned him! - I can get very cranky in the afternoon if I haven't had my nap.

The term is "flounce".
A flounce does not become a flounce until the poster resumes posting.
To sum up, a flounce does not occure until it is actaully over. It's very simple really.
