Nothing about you - I too was curious about the info and posted comments on advertising, hits, commercial decisions etc etc. but thought that given LC's PM to you rather than posting the answer online, he may want to keep the info to himself.

and given that it is his website, he is perfectly entitled to do so! so on re-reading my comments after posting them, I deleted them. Simple as that.
