Yeah, Rob Holt was called in when they had Denver / Kenneddy & Roberts to make 4 nines. I thought it was just to give him exposure for next year bu then they dropped Kennedy (there for 3rd season) only to have to crawl back to him when Roberts was injures. If kennedy ends up the first choice after a game or two it'll show what a farce the selection is. Taylor was the obvious choice at full back (or so people said) as he'd been in the running since being the best 15 in the inter areas, but he was dropped after the Newbridge game and hasn't played since. I didn't see most of that match - how did he play??? did you see or hear ??? (The other full back option was Flynn from Mullingare who was in Leinster last year and was dropped out of the squad.)

Connacht beat Ulster at the weekend so next week Leinster V Connacht should be a decent test.
The future is pink, apparently....Allez Stade

Andrew Boyle got a head injury so if he's out (prob will be) then Leinster will leak like a seive everywhere outside 12. Lynch is the only tackler left in the back line. Who will they play in the back line now ??? Will they leave Nolan there & if so who comes on to the bench?

One of the selections for the Irish squad has shown how clueless the Leinster Youths coaches were in their selections. They had two good full backs and didn't play either of them but insisted on playing people out of position who were lost there. Taylor never got a look in and has departed to play schools rugby with Castlknock and the other full back, Stuart Flynn from Mullingar was dropped out of the squad entirely, onlt to be brought back in the very last game and he has just been picked in the IRISH squad. How wrong could they get it !!!
