I'd say so considering they have no rights worth talking about aside from their one random Premier League game a week and the Magners.

I'm not quite sure about the costs but all the school sports they show(no just rugby the basketball and GAA) would deliver an audience during the weekdays. They did show it for the 2 years pre their massive failed expansion so I would hope it continues, certainly I enjoy sometimes flicking on the box for rugby on a Tuesday evening.
