repairing tackle shields

Post by rugby678 »

Does anyone know of anyone or anywhere that repairs tackle shields?
we have several of them with the handles coming off
has to work out cheaper than buying new one if it can be done.
thanks

I have used a Sail Repairers for that kind of stuff - not exact, but similar. Try Downers International, in Dun Laoghaire. http://www.downerint.com 01-2800231.

Alternatively you can get the large needles & strong wax thread in a saliling shop and do the job yourself. http://www.vikingmarine.ie
Get in the f%~king bag.
