De La Salle Palmerston FC Open Day - Sat 23/7/11

If you are looking to join a rugby club or start playing rugby again, DLSP will hold it´s first ever open day for new & current adult players on Saturday July 23rd at 2.30pm in Kilternan.

DLSP has always been a very open club and has welcomed members from all over the country and further afield. A warm welcome is guaranteed.

Players primarily come from the Sandyford, Leopardstown, Dundrum, Ballinteer, Carrickmines, Stepaside, Churchtown and Kilternan localities.

Next season we will field at 1st xv(Ulster Bank League Div 2), J1, J2, J3,J4,J5, vets (over 35´s), U-19 & U-21.

The schedule for the Open Day on Saturday is as follows:

2.30 registration

3.00 workshops on strength/ conditioning & Nutrition

3.45 pitch work

4.45 Free BBQ and a complimentary Drink for everyone who attends
