at least 1 of Rainey, Barnhall, Nenagh(if we dont ship any injuries as the squad has improved but still isnt huge) will be promoted

I would of said Barnhall myself. If Skerries get a good start they could do well as they seemed to improve with every game last season.Looks like they havn't lost any players from last season and have gotten a good few lads back! . Suttonians had a tough season last year so unless they have a big improvement this they could be in trouble. With 6 Leinster teams in it we has to fancy our chances.

i'd expect Skerries for 2B, with Keane & Hewitt at half backs, the other hewitt out wide and Ross McCauley in the backrow they've 4 players capable of playing 1A rugby.
