Senior Final Tickets

Post by R-Dog »

Just had a look at ticketmaster and it has a price of €30!!! add in the usual charges and handling fees you could be looking at €35+ does anyone else think this is a bit steep?

The allocation of tickets sold online to the general public on http://www.leinsterrugby.ie for the Leinster Schools Senior Challenge Cup Final, sponsored by Powerade, have sold out within minutes of going on sale on Wednesday morning.

The majority of tickets were distributed to the two competing schools.

The Senior Cup Final will be played between Clongowes Wood College v St. Michael’s College on Sunday, March 18th in Donnybrook. Kick Off: 3.30pm.

No DART station near Donnybrook though. They'd have to make do with the Donnybrook Bus Depot instead.

ye,25000 at last years and the weather was horrible that day and to think work has'nt even begun on lansdowne rd. theres 800 pupils and about 100 members of staff in total in michaels with about 400 in clongowes. the brook has a capacity of 7100, surely the remainder of those tickets did'nt sell out in 10 mins

Played it until a bit after 3rd year (badly) then gave it up because yes I hated it at that stage. What made it worse was the Brother coaching us seemed to hate it even more than some of us did!

It's an all-ticket match, if 20000 people turn up without tickets, they're a pretty stupid (large) bunch of people...
