st.michaels reached the junior final of the leinster schools junior cup after beating Newbridge 12-10 in the semi final today in donnybrook

Looked like a really good game with both sides looking to play a more open style of rugby and for once a ref who let the game flow - would have been an excellent final.

Saturday the 24th in Donnybrook. Michaels are playing Blackrock.An unprecedented Double (for us anyway) here we come :D 8)

the junior cup final is on sunday the 25th of march in donnybrook between st.michaels college and blackrock college

Whats all this about the 1pm start for so called health and safety reasons.Are the branch worried about young people drinking(surely not?),or about potential trouble between the two arms of the Holy Ghost.

They want people entering and laving the stadium at time of less traffic so to minimise the risk of someone being knocked over outside.

Its a bit of both,mostly the drink, I remember the Michales-Belvo(?) match was brought forward 15 mins so that the crowds left before the traffic built up in the village.
