NO. YOU CANNOT PLAY IN ANY LEINSTER COMPETITION (except the leinster schools youth league which Wicklow do not enter).
See page 17 of the LBIRFU youth section hanbook. Paragraph 2 (1) and 3 (1). The fact that you attend the school is enough, regardless of if you play for them. To be registered you must be on a green card and therefore you cannot play except in the above mentioned comp.

Further to my last post. You can also only enter the leinster Schools Youth League IF you are not in the 35 man JCT panel or 50 man SCT panel.
