Looks like you're linking to the web page that contains the image, rather than the image itself. To get the URL/address for the image itself (and not the Picasa web page displaying it), either right click and "Copy Image Location" (or something similar depending on your browser; but not "Copy Image") and use that URL. Or if that's not working out for you, click "Download", and then copy the URL/address that's shown in the browser (though it might be too big to be practical here?)

e.g. (remove the __ at the start and end):
