Great Draw for cbc considering what they've had over the past few years.
I honestly think they'll go all the way this year.
One of the most physical teams in the cup, but also one of the most skillfull...
6 leinsters including u-19 interpro's captain.
Montys doing a decent job there as Head coach.
Lets hope they dont bottle it......

Cbc beat Micheals fairly handily without alot of starters already this season.
I know come cup time it's all gonna be different, but still..
Castleknock are Not bad, but Not the strongest team by a long shot, but again, preseason form and league results go out the window when the cup starts.*edit*
Only seen them play twice this year, and were'nt too convincing.

I don't think a Michaels victory of Pres Bray is a certainty. Pres ran CBC close for 60 minutes in the league semi-final. 2 very late trys put a gloss on the score. I reckon its a CBC V Belvo final thoughtrue blue 06 wrote:michael's in the quartersVincent_Dunlop wrote:Great Draw for cbc considering what they've had over the past few years.

cwc never do to well in the j's , they do have a good seniors though. this CBC team seem to be talking themselves up a lot ... its never easy playing the champions. michael's have 7 players returning from the cup winning side and 3 reserves. they also have andrew pollard back who broke his leg a week before the cup last year but started prop for michaels and leinster u18s when he was in 4th year. noel reid is still only in 6th year as well . pre cup form really doesn't matter, michaels lost 4 games pre cup last year and then only conceded 18 points in the whole cup... 3 years ago the michaels team of 05 were talking themselves up a lot, they won every single pre cup game- thats about 13 games... they just about beat cwc in the first round and then lost by 7 in the quarters to rockits about winning wrote:Clongowes to win both SCT and JCT

Good to see teams like Maynooth and St Pats Navan making progress and to DLS Churchtown back in there....they had 3 finals and 2 wins in the 80's FFS....
